The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Always there to offer tips on where to eat and what to expect around the city. Drinks and coffee there was delicious! Would definitely stay again!

Great location near to the market and museums. Staff are very helpful and friendly

Lovely hotel. Very good, friendly and efficient staff. Water pressure in the shower was very poor. Takes forever to shower.

Nice room, super kind staff, great cleanliness. They provide you with nice coffee and a delicious lemongrass/cinnamon tea at any time of the day. Good location considering the main sites (unification palace, post office, opera house, war museum are some of the points you can walk to from the hotel - your main issue will be to cross the streets in the hectic traffic, not the distance! lol) Overall I highly recommend Triple E Nothing big to complain about- the rooms are quite small if you have two big piece of luggage, but this is something you should know beforehand.

The room was clean and functional. The TV was great with many channels in English dubbed into Vietnamese. They provided 2 free bottles of water per day. Room service was good, the bed was always well made and the towels replaced. The staff were always attentive and helpful. Some morning noise from trading below but nothing too bad.

Fung and Max went the extra mile to accommodate us. Construction was ongoing so u get the noise, and a school nearby, the children were very loud...

It’s one of the best stay in ho chi min city. Everything is in walkable distance to explore & the staff are the most friendliest persons i ever come across they tell you what all the important things about ho chi min city & how to be careful while exploring the city. They have a nice little cozy cafe downstairs & hands-down they make wonderful welcome drink, ice & hot coffee no need go anywhere else. Most important thing at first i was overwhelmed by the shops & people gathering near by the street as started to explore the city as solo traveler Vietnamese people are most friendly. Sometimes balcony rooms can be little noisy but it didn’t bother me because they’re bed was super comfy. nothing

Friendly staff, clean, good location and free Vietnamese coffee in the morning. It can be a bit loud at night but it is expected from the crowded streets of the city.

The staff were super friendly especially the guy on reception, he helped us organise a tour to the cu chi tunnels with our friends from another hotel and made us all coffee beforehand. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of toiletries which were appreciated. Great location to everything in district 1 The bathroom doors are really unnecessarily heavy! The laundry service is expensive so we chose a local laundrette down the road
