Room was a good size and bathroom was nice. Pool was refreshing and deserted. Nhu Quynh at reception was so helpful and kind. She helped us a lot during our stay. Breakfast could have been better

Location was really nice, everything was clean and the price was really okay. Breakfast was delicious, althought they could add some pastry or sweets. Too much noise coming from the lobby, you can hear it from the rooms on the first floor. Sometimes at 3 or 4 AM there was smell of tobacco invading my the room. But no big deal.

Room was fairly standard for a small hotel (ours was an upper floor overlooking the street; take care when selecting as other rooms do not provide an outlook). Enough room for a couple of people for a couple of days. Breakfast was adequate (standard fare). Location worked for us as not too far from most of the places we wanted to visit (around 10-15 mins walk to most). Bathrooms are well equipped. Overall, an easily accessible and comfortable hotel.

The stay was comfortable and the room was ideal for my trip. The hotel offered a laundry which was helpful. I hotel was in a good enough location allowing you access to various parts of the city. The pool was not great and the pictures perhaps make it out to be better than it is.

The location is great, 2 shopping centers can be reached on foot in a few minutes, lots of shops and eating options in the immediate vicinity. Very noisy building, we woke up from an alarm in a different room - Hair in the bathroom - Bathroom gets wet when showering

I loved the location but it was hard to find the first time because it is in a lane. I loved the pool but the cushions were stained and gross. The buffet breakfast was just ok. No bacon or fruit for Westerners. Also no dry cereal. Breakfast was more like dinner. Also no pastry, yogurt or hot cereal. Definitely not for people that are from UK or Canada. The breakfast was not good for me. None of my favorite things.
