The position is very good and the place is value for money . Also my room was not noisy. The staff is very services oriented and helpful. Kim, the girl at the reception, helped me with some documents I needed to print. The water in the bathroom was not really cold. Actually the room is a bit small and only has a window that opens on a corridor.

The bed was really comfy, the room was clean. The location is great and the staff were really kind and helpful Our shower didn’t work for the first morning, we asked them to fix it but still wasn’t fixed by the evening so had to ask again but the problem got resolved once we had asked for the second time

Didnt have breakfast at the hotel but did have it 3 doors away excellent cheap fantastic location District 1 all the tourists sights within walking distance also near to the start of the open top hop on and off buses room was,extremely comfortable a/c worked fine nice bed pillows too bathroom imand shower in the room hotel supplies everything including slippers free toothbrush and toothpaste Crossing the streets in Ho Chi Min City is a nightmare as nobody gives way motorbikes everywhere like crazy pedestrian is not cared about at all

The location was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. They booked our next connecting bus for us. The beds were comfy. Many sights are in walking distance and there are many restaurants to choose from. Overall, a really nice stay in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. The window did not close properly so it was difficult for the AC to cool down the room. The communication with some of the staff was not so easy due to the lack of English. These were only minor points though.

The location of the hotel is central to the city. The staff are amazing specially the receptionist (Kim), she's so sweet and can't do enough to make your stay comfortable. I can't complain about anything really. Could do with hot water instead of warm.
